Between the rows and the English gardens the wonderful autochthonous vineyards such as the Primitivo di Manduria, the Negroamaro del Salento, and the rare Fiano Minutolo are sweetened by the symphonic music. Also the ancient olive trees offer their fruits to tell to the five senses a story of rare landscapes and thousand-year-old traditions.

The Salento, between the Adriatic and Ionic costs gives us other delicious products we wisely work, such as the almonds which become the well-know “Torrone” and the figs which also preserve their quality drying in the sun on bamboo reeds and also the prickly pears which, with their strange fruits hide the fascinating aspect of the sunny territory of the South, where the most rooted traditions melt with the most modern technology.
